Lipoabdominoplastía / Lipo TummyTuck

La lipoabdominoplastia consiste en retirar por medio de liposucción el exceso de grasa en el abdomen superior (epigastrio) y flancos (cintura); el exceso de piel lo retiramos cortando del ombligo hacia abajo y eliminamos toda esa piel, que es donde generalmente se producen la mayoría de las estrías. En esta técnica se realiza también reconstrucción de la pared muscular abdominal.

The lipo tummytuck consists in removing by liposuction the excess fat in the upper abdomen (epigastrium) and flank (waist); we remove excess skin by cutting from the navel to the bottom and eliminating all that skin, which is usually where most stretch marks occur. In this technique reconstruction of the abdominal muscle wall is also performed.
